Empowering change through intersectional feminism & equity
advocacy
a little revolutionary change for
your company culture & responsibility
Hi, I’m Rixt Herklots – a passionate advocate for social justice, diversity, and meaningful transformation. As a dedicated diversity consultant, leadership coach, and impact-driven professional, I work with organizations and leaders to create inclusive, equitable environments where everyone can thrive.

In today’s rapidly changing world, intersectional feminism and equity advocacy are more crucial than ever. I help forward-thinking leaders and organizations navigate the complexities of diversity and inclusion, driving impactful change that transcends policy and becomes part of the organizational culture.
From transforming leadership practices to guiding companies through systemic shifts, my goal is to empower those willing to challenge the status quo and build a more equitable future.

Societal impact
"Aren't we there yet?",
"Aren't we done by now?",
"Women have all the same rights as men, no?",
"We're just hiring the best person for the job.",
and many more comments like these are what drive me on a daily basis.

Our world has become smaller and smaller with people being more connected than ever making our different identities -and the lack thereof in many places- also more visible.
Because, even though we're diverse by nature we aren't necessarily inclusive, let alone equitable*.

There's a long road ahead of us to achieve this.
Why "long"? Well, because the conversation is still about the necessity of diversity and inclusion (see the examples at the top) and so we're not putting our time and energy towards the solutions.

That's why it's my mission to contribute to a more diverse, inclusive and equitable world in as many shapes and sizes as needed.
